Introduce a Friend offer: Only available by following the steps set out on this website and not by any other means e.g. via a retail outlet. Offer ends 28 January 2009. New customer cannot be in same household. Limited to one per new customer household. Vouchers sent within 30 days of receipt of first subscription payment from new customer provided existing customer's account is active. Existing customer must remain an active subscriber to qualify. M&S vouchers subject to separate terms and conditions. Not available in conjunction with any other offer. Offer excludes Sky group employees and agents and cannot be offered commercially.
Set-up: Lead times for new customers (excludes Highlands and Islands) currently average 5-7 days. Non standard & broadband installs may experience longer lead times. Standard set-up for new Sky TV customers is £30.
VAT: Sky TV, Multiroom and HD Pack subscription prices have been reduced following VAT change. Due to systems updates you may initially be charged a slightly higher amount but the difference will be credited back to your Sky account in due course.
